Haven't recieved my rewards for 3-4 months now

I signed up for Xbox Rewards years ago, and it's been working fine until a few months ago when I just stopped getting any rewards for all the achievements I've been getting.

I would like to know why I've stopped getting them, and I would like to also get the rewards for the months that I haven't gotten any if possible.

MISSING REWARDS

Hello my gt is kingofgamez69 I have been a rewards member since 12-08-2010 I have purchased a 12 month gold for 3 years from a store and have not recieved any rewards, im missing roughly about 9000 points I wil be purchasing another 12 month gold today.
I would like to find out why I haven't recieved them and for this problem to be resolved.

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? Achievements will only earn credits it they are part of a specific offer (like the current Dr. Rewards offer). Usually you have to purchase a game and then you unlock to option to earn credits
based on earning a number of achievements in that game.

Otherwise, there are no offers to receive credits just for earning achievements.

 

But I've gotten credits for achievements for this long, why did it just change all of a sudden? Do you just not get money anymore for getting achievements, because I have been getting them all this time.

 

There have never been any offers to receive credits just for earning achievements on their own. You've only ever been able to earn credits if they've been part of an offer.

As mentioned in emails and our website, your region was migrated to the Microsoft Rewards program in October. As referenced on those sources, you can look back on the transition FAQ at (Microsoft Rewards - FAQs zum Wechsel von Xbox Live Rewards zu Microsoft Rewards).

Otherwise, as Smwutches mentions, there were no Credits for achievements, unless as part of an offer. In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Looking over your historical
data, we see that your last few Credit events before the migration were from 3 star MyVIP deposits, which are based off your MyVIP eligible spending.
