Discus and support haven't recieved my gears of war collection in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I've purchased the gears of war4 on windows store I'm suppose to receive the entire gears of war collection on Xbox one all my friends have received...     I've purchased the gears of war4 on windows store I'm suppose to receive the entire gears of war collection on Xbox one all my friends have received they're codes but I've still not received mine?

    Still no codes a month after purchase

    I still haven't recieved my codes for gears of war collection a month after purchasing the limited edition 2 tb console bundle.

    I purchased the white 1tb gears of War bundle over a week ago and haven't recieved the free gears of War collection that was offered with the purchase.

    Keep in mind that Gears of War collection codes will continue to go out in waves. Please check out the Gears of War 4 store description for
    information on how these codes go out. This includes Gears of War 4 codes included in the Gears of War 4 Xbox One S bundle. Once that code is redeemed on your account, you should receive your games within 30 days.



    To qualify, purchase and redeem Gears of War 4 on Xbox Live by December 31 2016. Tokens for download will be sent in waves through Xbox Live in-dash message system within one month of redemption. Must be 17+. Xbox One, broadband internet (ISP fees apply)
