is there any info on how to get your gift code or if they didnt send it for some bizarre reason because i pro ordered nba 2k17 and for weeks i haven't seen any sign of getting the code

Dark souls code still not recieved

Still haven't recieved my dark souls code after pre ordering dark souls 3, never recieved my fallout 3 code after preordering fallout 4 either

Pre-order gift cards not received

I pre-ordered Forza Horizon 3 and at the time the $10 gift card promotion was there and I also pre-ordered 2k17 both from microsoft.com and I have not recieved either of the $10 gift cards

The $10 code should be emailed about 10 business days after the game shipped as long as you preordered from microsoftstore.com. You would need to contact their customer support for assistance. Keep in mind that if you"re a rewards member you would receive
15,000 credits instead of the $10 code and those would show as pending about 10-15 business days after the game shipped.

If you preordered digitally from the Xbox store, you would not be eligible.

NBA 2K17 Legend Edition Gold Pre-Order page on the Microsoft Store, you can find your NBA 2K16 items by doing the following:

35,000 VC can be instantly redeemed in NBA 2K16 by searching for "NBA 2K16" on the Xbox Store and downloading the "35,000 VC for NBA 2K16 (PreOrder Incentive)"
