Discus and support Haven't Recieved Gears of War Xbox 360 Collection Codes with GoW4 in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I purchased a new copy of Gears of War 4 for the Xbox One, and installed it on Dec 10.     Haven't Recieved Gears of War Xbox 360 Collection Codes with GoW4


    I purchased a new copy of Gears of War 4 for the Xbox One, and installed it on Dec 10. I was able to play it online Dec 15. The website said the code for all 4 prior GoW games would be sent out via Xbox Live, if you played GoW4 online before Dec 31, 2016.

    But I haven't received anything yet. People who only rented the game seem to have received the promotion codes, as you can see here: PSA: You don't have to purchase Gears of War 4 to get the codes for the previous games. : xboxone

    But I haven't gotten anything. I've tried contacting Xbox support, and they directed me to post my issue here.

    I assume it's taking a while for the codes to come through, but I'm getting nervous as the deadline for the promotion (Dec 31) is getting near, and I still haven't received any codes. I've finished the GoW4 campaign, and played a lot online multiplayer.

    I still haven't recieved my codes for gears of war collection a month after purchasing the limited edition 2 tb console bundle.

    I have same issue. Bought the Xbox One S bundle with GoW4 1TB. I got the codes last night. Codes for Gears of War and Gears of War 3 didn't work.

    Hi Jacky. I believe that the deal containing all of the previous GoW games was only a
    pre-order bonus. The game launched on October 11th, so if you purchased on the 17th you may not have been eligible.

    This is what I found on Xbox Wire:
