    Looking in the store now and I'm seeing the free trial option where you're seeing Get EA Access, can't say for sure but I'd assume EA Access is required for the trial.

    Getting billed for an account I don't control

    Make sure there are no other accounts anywhere including pc as if you had a free trial of EA access it will automatically start billing you when the trial ends hope this helps :)
