    havent recieved dark souls code yet, please help


    i pre-ordered dark souls 3 deluxe edition and i haven't received my dark souls game code, its been way passed 7-10 days and i really need help. i don't know if its because i already downloaded it when i had an Xbox 360 or what. i did previously purchase
    it on my Xbox 360. i don't know if that's the problem or what. Please help me out Microsoft!
