Haven't Recieved Code for Halo Wars: Definitive Edition after Purchasing Halo Wars 2: Ult Ed

I am still waiting for my code for Halo Wars: Definitive Edition after preordering Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition. First of all, all advertisement states that if you preorder, you get early access to Halo Wars: DE on 20/12/16, which is misleading as it is
now the new year and I still do not have my code for early access. Despite this, I was fine waiting, but this is now taking too long. What's the value of preordering when I still have not received the early access benefit 13 days later from the advertised
date? I would really appreciate an update on the situation.

Also, assuming that the code may one day arrive, through which form will it be? (Purchased on windows 10 store).

Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition Pre-Order page:



The codes for Halo Wars: Definitive Edition will be delivered to your Xbox message center in 7-10 days from pre-order, beginning December 20, 2016



So if you don't have your code after 10 days from your date of pre-order, feel free to post up a new thread and we'll look into it then.
