Haven't receivid rewards

I purchased Ghosat Recon: Wetlands and was supposed to reevied 10,000 points but my account still shows 0.

I bought both call of duty 3 the digital deluxe version and destiny the collection and didn't receive my rewards. I was told that my rewards would be put on here in October, but their still not on there and I have proof.

Did you purchase the game as a physical disc from microsoftstore.com or digitally from the Xbox store? Digital purchases were not eligible for that offer.
