Haven't received Voices of War REQ pack

Discus and support Haven't received Voices of War REQ pack in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I watched HWC finals for like 15 minutes down works reasons. Am I elegible to receive it?     I haven't received the code from xbox for the halo voice pack (voices of war req pack).
