    Havent Received Vault Reward


    I used my 1000 VIP credits on the Paladins Better With Friends bundle and its been over a week and i haven't received the e-mail with the redemption code.

    Don't know where else to look for support but im kinda annoyed when it said it would only take 2 days max, bad enough the vault has been empty of anything worth claiming for ages now when i do claim i dont get what i gave up by points for.

    Hi, I recently purchased 5,000 credits from Xbox Live MyVIP Vault and havent received my reward. I purchased this using the GEMs in MyVIP. Its been nearly 3 days since last purchase. I need help.

    I purchased both call of duty 3 the digital deluxe edition and destiny the collection last month and never received my xbox live rewards. This is also my 4 forum.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. We have reached out to our vault team for more details. In the meanwhile, please make sure you are checking your vault registered email, as well as that email's junk mail folder. Many of the users experiencing this issue
    manually input a different email than their normal contact email, which caused confusion when they did not receive a vault prize at their normal email address.

    We see that your registered email contained an additional letter 'o' in the domain name, which was likely a typo. Since we cannot change registered email information, our win fulfillment team will contact you via private message with your code. You can access
    your private messages via the drop down menu that appears when you click your name in the top right corner of this website.

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

    -or-

    2. By earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders,
    game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    Since your purchase was not for a specific offer, it did not trigger any offer Rewards. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your general purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).

    We do not see any Credits from our program being awarded to your account. It looks like that deposit was due to a refund of a purchase on your account. Unfortunately, we do not have access to user billable accounts, so we cannot assist you with where the
    $5 was deposited to. You would have to reach out to Xbox support in order to determine how to access those funds.

    Hello,

    From the FAQ on Vault Credits:

    I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

    If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
    account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
    will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.


    Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
    into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.
