I purchased Gears of War 4 and never received a message with the codes for the other Gears of War games.

I haven't got gears of war 1,2 or 3 from promotion

Hello there I bought the promotional package with was the limited edition Xbox one with gears of war 4 and the digital downloads of gears of war 1,2 and 3 and some other content for gears of war 4 I received the code for the content for gears of war 4 but
haven't received anything else.

No codes for Gears of War games after preordering Gears of War 4

Hello,

My gamertag is Elebril PL

On June 20th I preordered Gears of War 4. However, I still haven't received the codes for the other Gears of War games as was promised on the official Gears of War website here:

https://gearsofwar.com/pl-pl/games/gears-of-war-4/order . According to the offer in that link, they should have been sent within one month of purchase.

I am looking forward to receiveing the codes,

since it's only been two weeks you are going to have to wait

As mentioned in the description the codes are sent out in waves this is to prevent backlog of the server with millions trying to download the same content at once

Also ita a very small team generating the codes

It can take up to a month after you redeemed the game

Gears of War:Ultimate Edition is a stand alone game. It is the remastered version of the first Gears of War game. It does not include the other 4 games. The other 4 games are the original 360 versions and were included in 2 different promotions. You would
receive codes for the 4 games if you either purchased and played Gears of War Ultimate by December 31, 2015 (the promotion you linked) or if you preordered Gears of War 4 (which would not include the Ultimate Edition).

Yes, if you buy the Gears of War Ultimate Edition from the Microsoft store, you will receive all the games from the Gears of War collection. The Gears of War Ultimate Edition includes the original game and all of its DLCs, as well as the other four games in the series: Gears of War 2, Gears of War 3, Gears of War 4, and Gears 5.
