Haven't received the Halo Wars DE code yet.

I bought the HW2 UE and never recieved the code for the HW DE. It has been almost 14 days and still havent gotten it.

I haven't received my Halo Wars DE code after having pre-ordered Halo Wars 2 UE in August.

 

Halo Wars Definitive Edition DE Code

I have pre-ordered "Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition" (DE) in the Windows store, but I haven't received the key for Halo Wars: Definitive Edition" (DE) yet. I would appreciate it if you could send me the key. Thanks.

 

im in the same boat, utter joke... I've contacted support three times only to be told on the third attempt to come here.. Still no response to my post its laughable!

 

I'm in the same boat. They just told me it's a Pre-order ONLY promotion. Which is where I am fighting now to get the code.

 

well if that's the case its been missold and I want the difference back for the ultimate edition, I'm not bothered about season pass I just want halo wars definitive edition

 

agreed. I will be calling them again and trying to either get my code or my money back at this point.
