Haven't Received The Division Beta Access Code from Pre-Order of Game

I signed up for the Early Beta Access and also pre-ordered the game "The Division" last week but still haven't received any codes for the game download or beta access which starts January 28th.

Division beta starts January 28th

As stated in the title, the Division beta will start on January 28th for Xbox One players, this is a closed beta that you will need to get access to. You can sign up at The Division 2 Beta Sign-up | Ubisoft (US) to be put on a waiting list. For guaranteed access I recommend going onto Amazon and pre-ordering the game, entering the code at that website when you receive it and cancelling your pre-order afterwards.

 

I Haven't Received Quantum Break Pre-Order Bonuses

I pre-ordered Quantum Break on April 4th on Xbox One but I haven't received any of my pre-order bonuses. I contacted Microsoft support and they told me that I would receive my codes on the 15th. I received my Gears of War 4 beta code today but I still haven't
received any of my Quantum Break pre-order bonuses.

If you pre-ordered the game keep an eye out for communication via Xbox Live Messaging. Codes haven't been sent for this. Thanks for your patience!

I am in the same situation. Contacted support (Xbox Live) and they said to post here... $100 pre-order and a "guaranteed access code"

Gamestop puts the code on the receipt... we will see what happens.

 

Its pretty sad that xbox makes us pay for a service and then we have to figure things out ourselves as a group.....but just sign into your uplay account, go to account information and click the beta tabs, should be there already
