Haven't received the 15,000 rewards points/$10 gift card for pre-ordering Darksiders Remastered

I noticed I have not been credited for these points to my rewards account. I also checked to see if I received the $10 code in an email instead, but that also did not happen. Please advise.

Pre-Order mishap

Hello @XboxLIVErewards or @XboxSupport,

I previously pre-ordered Call of Duty 3 through the Xbox rewards process and all turned out well as I received my 15,000 reward points.

I currently pre-ordered Battlefront (standard edition) the same way and noticed the charge came out to $74.95. I called to Microsoft store to follow up. They explained there was $10 gift card as well. I cancelled the gift card of $10 and kept Battlefront
pre-order.

My question is since I have still purchased the pre-ordered Battlefront will I receive my 15,000 reward points in my account or am I going to get hosed?

Gears of War 4 $10 Gift Card/Rewards Points not received. Purchased on 10-10-16

Pre-ordering the physical disc from microsoftstore.com would mean you are eligible for 15,000 credits instead of the $10 gift card. However, those credits are deposited 10-15 business days after the title launches. That would mean for the standard version
of Gears of War 4 you should expect the 15,000 reward pending in your account between October 24th and October 31st.
