Haven't received Sea of Thieves promotional items from latest Mixer stream

Obsidian Drum or Obsidian Spyglass are not in my account yet.

I'm 100% sure I was logged into all apps and mixer with the correct account

Watched at Mixer | Interactive Livestreaming and my accounts are linked.

SubSonix, can you check your purchase history Sign in to your Microsoft account and
see if it’s in there? Sometimes you get the items without receiving a notification.

Have you tried looking at your purchase history it would show you if you recieved the mixpot items on your xbox account

Hi. I tuned in the live InsideXbox you had on Mixed but I did not received the Obsidian Drum and Spyglass. I linked microsoft account to mixed
of course, but it seems it does not work.

I contacted sea of thieves support days ago and they told me to contact mixer support

Mixer support told me to contact xbox support

Xbox support told me to contact developer's support

Developer's support told me to contact again mixer support that told me to check if I got the item in Sign in to your Microsoft account but
I do not. So they told me to contact the xbox support that told me to write my problem here.

 

I've done everything necessary to confirm if I have it or not, I do not.

 

Can someone please resolve this?!

 

Hello all,

Have you all read the sticky with the
2018 Mixpot? Make sure go to the game sea of thieves hit start then manage game then ready to install. If you did qualify for the items this is where they will show up. Once you install them then they will show in game.
