    Haven't Received Rewards Points Deposits Since Becoming a Member Over A Year Ago


    Hey ,

    I have not received any rewards points since I became a member of the program over a year ago. It keeps saying that I need to update my profile which I have done multiple times and all the information is correct. Some help would be greatly appreciated.

    Xbox Live Rewards has not deposited at all

    I have been a member of Xbox Live Rewards program since 2013. Since that time, every time a deposit happens, I've never received the funds from the transaction. Not once, since I joined. Example, a deposit of 4,200 points was to be deposited on October 25,
    2017, and haven't received any of it. I would like all of the deposits that I have earned.

    Hello Mr Hairs,

    There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
    This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team. At the moment, we have not received a estimate on when this problem will be resolved. To be clear, this is a data issue, and not the result of any faulty user input. The prompt asking you
    to update your information is a symptom of this error, and adjusting your information will, in most cases, not resolve this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    For help with the Rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum.

    All Microsoft points were deposited as of August 2013 with Microsoft points were discontinued and the program switched to Rewards credits. So your points would have been deposited several years ago.

    Unfortunately, we have still not received a resolution from our other team tasked with resolving this issue. I cannot see any past posts for this gamertag, so I'm not sure of how up to date you are with the error, so I may repeat some information you already
    know. Currently your deposit cannot complete due to an error with how our database is sending information. What is occurring is that your billable account information is being sent without one of your billable accounts being tagged as the intended account
    for the deposit. When our deposit process accesses your information and does not receive instructions on where the deposit is intended to be placed, it aborts rather than deposit into an unspecified account. This is also what is causing our system to ask you
    to verify your information. Since your billable account information is being reported as blank to our deposit process, it assumes that is because the user has not input this information. To be clear, this is not due to your input and is most likely due to
    this error. Since this is a issue with the database, we cannot resolve this problem with our support tools and must rely on a more specialized team to provide assistance. As mentioned, at this time we have not yet received their solution for this issue. In
    the meanwhile, we will continue to attempt a deposit into your account in the hopes that it successfully forces a deposit. Apologies for the inconvenience that this error is causing.

    For help with the Rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. Keep in mind that credits are automatically deposited after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. Since you haven't gotten to 5,000 yet, they haven't automatically
    been scheduled for deposit. Since you have over 1,000 pending, you can request a deposit and they will be deposited on the date listed on the site at the time that you make the request.
