Haven't received reward points for active xbox live membership

Hi,

I've been with xbox rewards since the program started. I don't recall a period where I let my live sub expire, though I may be mistaken. Perhaps once. Regardless, I don't seem to have accrued any reward points for the years that I did have an active xbox
live gold account. Could you look into this for me please?

No rewards

I haven't received any rewards points for the last 4 years even though I continue to renew my live gold membership,have purchased a new Xbox 1s and made thousands of dollars in purchases

Missing Reward Points.

I last received reward points over 2 years ago, yet my reward account has been and is still active, that's 2 years of auto renewal (250 points per month) plus points for game purchases I haven't received. Please help.

As mentioned in our pinned announcement at the top of the forums titled "HEY YOU! We've got your answer here." (https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/2f5ffacb-bf1e-4fca-8764-f57f69556e55),
we no longer award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals as of July 2014. We see that prior to that date you received Credits as expected, as shown on your lifetime MyStatement.

I haven't been given my reward points for renewing my xbox live membership and I have 1500 pending points that wont deposit into my account

TO XBOX LIVE for those of us who are loyal costumers how about a little reward for choosing xbox one version of ESO in the form of rewards points for those of us who keep an active ESO membership. maybe say a monthly reward

Personally, I think when they told you about a code, they were talking rubbish. Unless anyone else can verify they've received a code before?

Hi, note that unfortunately, you would have had to sign up for the rewards program in order to have received the rewards points at the time, and cannot receive them retroactively.

Additionally, Xbox Live Rewards has now merged into Microsoft Rewards. I'd definitely recommend checking it out- you can earn points for specific tasks and use those points to get prizes like gift certificates and Xbox Live Gold
