    In need of help

    I'm just wondering if there is a reason why I'm not receiving reward points for my purchases and activity on xbox live. I believe I have correctly set up my account, but 0 reward points says otherwise. It says I've been a rewards member since 2012 but I
    have stopped receiving points from my purchases and activity since 2014 for a reason unknown to me. If you could look into my account and find the reason for this I would really appreciate that

    MISSING POINTS

    I was just checking my rewards and noticed that my points have been stagnant since 2013. I have maintained and renewed my Xbox live membership every year but haven't received any points for renewing in 2014, 2015 or 2016. Please credit my points. I also
    have purchased games through Xbox online within the console like madden NFL, etc and have received no points. Please correct my point balance.

    Hi RJayl. We made changes to the program in 2014 where payback on purchases were not based off of your Gamerscore, but your MyVIP Star rank. You currently do not have a Star rank, therefore do not earn payback on purchases. To earn Rewards Credits, you either
    have to complete an offer or have a Star rank. To learn more about our MyVIP program, visit the
    FAQ. To see what offers are available to complete, visit your
    MyMissions page.

    never receive my rewards

    In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing
    gold. There are generally no offers to receive credits just for playing.

    Using Bing will only rewards points on the Microsoft Rewards program, not the Xbox rewards program.

    In-game consumables are not eligible for rewards credits. As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

    These are all the transactions that I believe that I haven't gotten rewards points credited. I am mostly concerned about not receiving the 15,000 rewards points from Xbox Design Lab.

    my reward points for monthy subsriptions are not being added to my xbox live rewards amount since 2014 when i last used my xbox 360 . i have a xbox one now and been getting live gold subs for the last 6 months so microsoft need to sort this out username
