    Haven't received reward credits offered as incentive from Xbox One S order


    I received an email from Xbox Live Rewards on September 27 saying if you order a new Xbox One console from the Microsoft Store by December 31, you would receive 50,000 reward credits, a free game for being a Gold member, and free expedited shipping. I made
    my order on October 7th, (Order number 9813040275). Received both the game and got the faster shipping, but never received a code or verification about the 50,000 reward credits. (That was actually the driving point of why I upgraded from my 360) I've spent
    8 hours on the phone with techs and support already to no avail, so I very much hope this can finally be figured out. Thanks for your time.

    Didn't get my 15000 reward credits for buying Xbox one s on Microsoft.com .. not pending either

    i have ordered and received an Xbox one s from Microsoft. Mainly because of the 15,000 reward credits. I haven't received those yet and they're not pending please help, merry Xmas Haven't received reward credits offered as incentive from Xbox One S order :)

    I purchased my One S through the link on 11\24 & still have not received my credits. There is no mention of them anywhere on my XLR page. So it's not just that they haven't been deposited. I've spoken to Xbox & Microsoft with no one helping me!

    Microsoft points were discontinued in 2013. At that time the rewards program started awarded rewards credits. In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the Rewards site at the time, or you need at least
    1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from?
    I'm thinking of GTAV, but I haven't got enough points for it

    1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

    There generally are no offers for hardware purchases except for the current offer to upgrade from a One to a One S.

    gold. There are generally no offers to receive credits just for playing.

    Using Bing will only rewards points on the Microsoft Rewards program, not the Xbox rewards program.

    There are no offers in the Xbox Rewards Program for earning credits for using Bing. If you're referring to the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page.
