    Hi,

    I have pre-ordered Quantum Break for Xbox One on March 22.

    But I didn't received the activate codes for Quantum Break Window 10 version, and
    Alan Wake's American Nightmare, yet.

    READ FIRST: An update regarding Quantum Break pre-order codes

    I was sent here after speaking to a representative from Microsoft to solve my issue with not receiving my Windows 10 code for Quantum Break and the Alan Wake: American Nightmare DLC. Also, I haven't received my $10.00 code for pre-ordering the game as well.

    I'm sorry to see any confusion surrounding this promotion! This promotion ended in May or June of last year as a digital bonus last year, and any purchases made after that date would not be qualified for Alan Wake. The promotions team has determined that
    you did not purchase this game before the end date last year. There may be some physical copies out there that might have it in the box still, however we no longer provide those through digital purchases.
