Haven't received Preview Program invitation yet.

Hey, so about a month or so ago, I was 'invited' to the Xbox Preview Program - as in, on the right side of the dashboard, it mentioned something about quests so I went on it, and downloaded the app, and when I open it, it just says "You'll get a service
message on your Xbox One soon with more info." I waited a few days then launched it again, it still said the same thing. It's been like this for weeks and I haven't received anything, I'm not really sure what to do.

Xbox Preview Program

Hello,

I've been experiencing a problem with the preview program. The issue is that I have been invited to the program over 10 days ago and I haven't yet received the invitation although I was invited. An xbox support representative insisted that I should check
my dashboard for the program icon, which I have now done and still no signs of the invitation. How do I fix this issue?

Preview Program Help

I was invited by one of my friends into the preview program, but the problem is that I haven't actually received the invitation yet. How long does it usually take to receive the invitation? Most people make it seem like they got it instantly, but he sent
it several hours ago. Does it normally take this long?

You just have to wait till you are accepted into the current update wave

Right now the program is full and they are beiing selective on which they accept

I also was sent an invite to the Xbox One Preview program and even called Xbox One Support and was told that my account was fine and to post on here. I had two friends send me a invite to the Preview Program and I haven't received the invite yet since last
week. What do I need to do to be given access to the preview program?

If you haven't been sent a message yet it sounds like you haven't been accepted into the preview program yet. If you're invited you'll receive a message to access the Preview App. Keep an eye out for communication.

Sorry to hear that you haven't yet received an invite. However, having someone invite you to the preview program does not necessarily guarantee access to the program. I would recommend having them try sending you a new one and then keep an eye on your
Live messages for further info.
