I just got off the phone with someone from xbox support. Apparently someone did not do a correct job about escalating this situation to the appropriate team so this is why it is being delayed.. the team offered to reescalate the situation carefully this
time so now I will wait for them to respond to it

Nope. I’ve seen some who have. I’ve contacted support so many times that I’ve given up. So disappointed.
