    i was wondering why I haven't received points for ordering tom clancy ghost recon. I was suppose to get 10,000 points for buyn the game

    Hello DemonicDragon17,

    We see that the Credits for that purchase are currently pending in your account, and have been there since the 24th. Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited
    in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit the following month. Therefore, this event would be a part of your mid-month deposit this April.
