Discus and support haven't received points for buying a controller on microsoft online store in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I bought an xbox design lab controller last week.     haven't received points for buying a controller on microsoft online store


    I bought an xbox design lab controller last week. It's status is now shipped. I STILL haven't gotten my rewards points for making the purchase. Is this broken? it's not even 'pending'

    Didn't receive Microsoft Reward Points

    I bought a custom xbox controller and I received no Microsoft Rewards for any dollar spent at the Microsoft store or get my bonus 5000 points on Bing for buying a controller.

    Could someone please help me with this?

    There are no offers to receive credits for purchasing hardware.

    You can see all offers for earning credits on the Missions page of the rewards site. Generally only digital purchases made from the Xbox store are eligible for credits.

    Can't buy 200. In stores, the denominations are 1400 MSP for $20, and 2800 MSP for $40.

    So, if something is 1600 MSP, I can either spend $40 in store to get enough, $20 in store and then $7.25 online, or $29 online. Either way, I would be buying more points than I need, and spending more money than the cost of the product. I don't spend more
    than the price in the real world, and I'm not doing it online.
