Discus and support Haven't received original gears games after playing gears 4 in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I activated gears 4 that I got from my xbox one so bundle and still have not received the codes to the original gears games....     I activated gears 4 that I got from my xbox one so bundle and still have not received the codes to the original gears games.

    GOW games

    After playing Gears of War 4, I was entitled to the full back catalogue of Gears games.

    I received a message from Xbox Live with the codes to redeem Gears 3 and Gears: Judgement and after redeeming Gears 3, I went back to redeem the code for Judgement but the message had disappeared along with the code.

    From the Gears of War 4 store page:





    To qualify, purchase and redeem Gears of War 4 on Xbox Live by December 31 2016. Tokens for download will be sent in waves through Xbox Live in-dash message system within one month of redemption.




    So if you still don't have your codes after 30 days, feel free to post up a new thread and we'll take a closer look.

    Gears of War Ultimate Edition Promotion

    Gears of War:Ultimate Edition is a stand alone game. It is the remastered version of the first Gears of War game. It does not include the other 4 games. The other 4 games are the original 360 versions and were included in 2 different promotions. You would
    receive codes for the 4 games if you either purchased and played Gears of War Ultimate by December 31, 2015 (the promotion you linked) or if you preordered Gears of War 4 (which would not include the Ultimate Edition).

    I haven't played a Gears game since Judgement, but since I started playing Gears Pop! I may be getting into the Gears bug again. But I guess I'll have to start with Gears 4 and catch up before 5 launches.

    Yes, if you buy the Gears of War Ultimate Edition from the Microsoft store, you will receive all the games from the Gears of War collection. The Gears of War Ultimate Edition includes the original game and all of its DLCs, as well as the other four games in the series: Gears of War 2, Gears of War 3, Gears of War 4, and Gears 5.
