Discus and support Haven't received my Rewards in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I purchased the Gears 4 version of the xbox one for the Feb rewards and should have received the $50 credit to my account and I didn't....     Haven't received my Rewards


    I purchased the Gears 4 version of the xbox one for the Feb rewards and should have received the $50 credit to my account and I didn't.

    I haven't received my Xbox quest reward from may . I been checking on my Xbox for a message containg my reward but I haven't received it.

    The 50,000 credit offer for purchasing a console ended on December 31, 2016. So if you purchased it in February, it would not have been eligible for credits.

    Our last console offer ended in December. Since your purchase was made after the offer period, it was not eligible for that offer.
