    Haven't received my Quantum Break windows 10 code


    Hi,

    I red that all the codes have been sent to all people that are eligible for receiving them. I bought a second Xbox One (white limited version with Quantum Break included) at launchday with this action communicated on the Xbox site in the Netherlands. Yet
    I still haven't received the code for the windows version of the game. Can you help out?

    No Quantum Break code

    Hi,

    I pre ordered Xbox One Quantum Break bundle from retailer in february. I received my Xbox One in 5th April. I haven't yet received Windows 10 keys code for Quantum Break.

    Unfortunately the Windows 10 version of Quantum Break is only included with digital pre-orders, Quantum Break on Xbox One codes redeemed by April 4th 2016, and with Quantum Break Xbox One bundle's purchased in US, UK, and Canada. For more information, please

    Hey RoseBubz07,

    You were sent two separate games, Alan Wake & Alan Wake's American Nightmare. As Kolea stated, Quantum Break for Windows 10 codes started going out today, and everyone should received their codes 7-10 days after Quantum Break's release.

    Please post a new thread if you don't receive your Quantum Break for Windows 10 code by the 15th of April, 2016.

    I was sent here after speaking to a representative from Microsoft to solve my issue with not receiving my Windows 10 code for Quantum Break and the Alan Wake: American Nightmare DLC. Also, I haven't received my $10.00 code for pre-ordering the game as well.
