    Haven't received my Quantum Break pre-order bonus code yet


    I contacted a customer support and he/she led me to this page.

    I haven't received my $10 pre-order yet, but I've already got my Alan Wake+DLC bonus code. Please check it out.

    I Haven't Received Quantum Break Pre-Order Bonuses

    I pre-ordered Quantum Break on April 4th on Xbox One but I haven't received any of my pre-order bonuses. I contacted Microsoft support and they told me that I would receive my codes on the 15th. I received my Gears of War 4 beta code today but I still haven't
    received any of my Quantum Break pre-order bonuses.

    I have not received any pre order bonuses or codes from my Quantum Break pre order as well.

    If you're referring to the $10 from the Microsoft Store then you'll need to get in contact with their

    support here    . I'm afraid we don't have codes to provide here, these codes are sent from the Microsoft Store. If you haven't already be sure to check your contact e-mail.

    Quantum Break preorder

    I pre ordered quantum break and did not receive my Alan Wake American Nightmare bonus and and i waited 7-10 days. I pre ordered through microsoft store and it said you will receive bonus.

    Preordered Digital Quantum Break. Have not received Alan Wake

    More info: I purchased Quantum Break via Xbox on February 12. Quantum Break has installed. Alan Wake for Xbox 360 was given free as a pre-order bonus. I never received any code for it, and it has not been added to "My Games" list.
