    Haven't received my Quantum break PC codes


    Hey there! I went through the preorder process but it looks like the entire transaction didn't finalize until the 5th, I was just curious as to whether i'd still be eligible for the quantum break bonus DLC and everything as I technically preordered, but
    didn't finalize until release. Thanks for taking the time to read and help me with my issue!

    Hey, ROMANO07! Unfortunately, you only qualify for the Alan Wake code because of when the purchase finalized. That's based on the system and is automatic; we are unable to adjust that. However, that code will be going out this week. If you do not receive
    it by Monday, please post up a new thread so that we can look into it further. Thanks!
