havent received my promo code

I just recently bought an Xbox one and with it came a free full game download I logged in to Xbox.com and put in my code and email it said it had sent the redemption code to me but it has been three and a half days and I have still not received the code
it is for gears of war ultimate edition this really upsets me as I have been a Microsoft user for a very long time and for this to be happening is just not okay

I still havent received my promo codes. You said you could fix it. Can you do it please?

 

Not recieved Microsoft Points from Promo

I selected the promo then through it i activated my prepaid code which was the requirements for the points but i havent been notified of anything and havent received them either. Also there was 2 promo at once, this one and another which i believe was something
like "Buy 3 months of Gold for some percentage off"

 

Good day! On February 19 I bought Dark Souls 3. For pre-order I was supposed to receive a code for Dark Souls. It has been 10 days, but the code never sent.
