Haven't received my points at all more than 2 months

I earned a total of 1250 points which have not yet been deposited to my account even though I used quick deposit it did not come for more that two months xboxrewards please email me as I have a service "code"

Missing Reward Points.

I last received reward points over 2 years ago, yet my reward account has been and is still active, that's 2 years of auto renewal (250 points per month) plus points for game purchases I haven't received. Please help.

HELP! Never received MSF points!

I purchased a gold membership a while back because there was a promotion where you would get 800 microsoft points with it. I never received the points.. This was more than 2-3 months ago. How do I get my points???

Normally, this should be placed in the Rewards forums so the Rewards team can answer it.

However, the FAQ's state that Rewards are deposited to the account on the 15th and 30th of the month once they reach 5,000 points. If you request the deposit before you have 5,000 points then it will be placed on hold until you reach that amount and then
deposited.

The rewards system is different since September. 1250 credits is not 1250 Microsoft Points. 1000 points is $1. So 1250 points would be $1.25.

I purchased For Honor when it was new, and still haven't received any rewards for it. My rewards program seems to not add points to itself ever even though I play Xbox nearly 18 hours a day, definitely get achievements and spend close to if not more than
100$ a month.

It usually takes 4 - 6 weeks after the promotion ends before codes are sent out. If they still haven't arrived by then, try contacting xbox support and they'll fix it for you.

About 4 years ago something similar happened where you could get 24 months of gold for a little more than the price of 12 months as well as a free arcade game. After about 2 months I hadn't gotten the game so I called support and they credited me enough
microsoft points to buy the game (800 microsoft points) but then said that I would still be receiving a code for the game so I could spend the points on anything I wanted. A day or two later i got my code for the game.
