    Haven't received my other 3 month Xbox live code from the deal a while ago.


    I purchased 3 months of Xbox live about 3 months ago and there was a deal where you get an extra 3 months with it. My original 3 months runs out on the 1st of May and I still haven't received my other code. What do I do?

    Sea of Thieves Mercenary outfit - 14 days and haven't received code

    Hello, two weeks ago on 3.22 I purchased 3 months of xbox live from the Microsoft store in NY (5th avenue) and still haven't received the code for the Mercenary outfit.

    Could someone please assist? Can supply receipt ID and other information.

    About the issue you are having, it is within a month that the code will be sent to the account that purchased the subscription deal with. Please be patient, it should arrive within a month time frame. There is alot of people buying this little deal so it
    can take a while :).
