    hello i haven't received my mystery gift for the October challenge for a chance to win a tv. i was just wanting to know why i haven't received the mystery gift. my girlfriend got hers the same day of completing the challenge.

    Have yet to receive my Xbox quest rewards for October Game Pass Quests

    It is now January and I have still not received my "Ultimate Mystery Gift" or "Epic Mystery Gift" for completing the October Game Pass quests. I fully completed them by receiving achievements in a multitude of games from the specific list. I contacted Xbox
    Support but because of a lack of resources are unable to fix my issue.

    Missing Game Pass Quest Rewards - October

    It is now January and I have still not received my "Ultimate Mystery Gift" or "Epic Mystery Gift" for completing the October Game Pass quests. I fully completed them by receiving achievements in a multitude of games from the specific list. I contacted Xbox

    Checking Game Pass Goals Progress

    You can check it through the "Game Pass Goals" tile on the Game Pass Game Library/Hub on the console.

    Clicking on that tile will display an offer to receive a "Mystery Gift" or an "Ultimate Mystery Gift" depending on the level of participation from you.
    I appreciate the response, however I never received any offers for any Mystery Gifts, though I more than met the requirements.
