    The codes are sent via Xbox Live Message within 7 to 10 days of the pre-order. What date did you pre order the game? If you're not 100% sure, you can check the date by visiting
    commerce.microsoft.com. If you're not seeing the code after the 10 days, please feel free to create a new post.

    I still haven't received my Halo Wars Definitive Edition code.

    Halo Wars Definitive Edition is only available for those who pre-ordered Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition, not the standard edition.

    If you did order the Ultimate Edition and still haven't received you code, can please head to this link and check if the game is available for download? https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/store/p/halo-wars-definitive-edition/c1lmknh1s8rv

    You can also try to search for Halo Wars Definitive Edition on the your Xbox One under the Ready to Install list (My Apps & Games).

    As mentioned in Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition's description on the Xbox Store, you will receive your code through the Xbox Live message inbox within 7-10 days of purchasing the game. If you just purchased your game recently, that would be why you haven't
    received a code yet. If you purchased and have waited over 10 days, please post back the specific date of purchase so we can look into this further!
