    We do not see any Credits from our program being awarded to your account. It looks like that deposit was due to a refund of a purchase on your account. Unfortunately, we do not have access to user billable accounts, so we cannot assist you with where the
    $5 was deposited to. You would have to reach out to Xbox support in order to determine how to access those funds.

    If you've received the Iron Gjallarhorn you should of also have gotten the Gjallarwing from the postmaster since both of them are combined in a single download. Make sure to check with the postmaster, the shipwright (where you can check all the sparrows
    you've unlocked) and in your inventory
