    Haven't Received my Gears of War 360 Bundle


    I picked up an xbox one s on black friday and redeemed the digital copy of my Gears of War 4 game. I was told I would receive my GOW 360 bundle if I install and play the game through my Xbox live account. I haven't received anything as yet. Could you please
    let me know when I will receive them??

    Gears of War bundle

    I bought the gears of war bundle for Xbox one on December 27, 2015 and I have not received both of the 360 gears of war download.

    My friend got the exact some bundle and she got both of the 360 downloads.

    I was wondering why I haven't received mine yet.

    When did you redeem your copy of Gears of War 4? From the Gears of War 4 store page:





    To qualify, purchase and redeem Gears of War 4 on Xbox Live by December 31 2016. Tokens for download will be sent in waves through Xbox Live in-dash message system within one month of redemption.




    So if you still don't have your codes after 30 days, feel free to post up a new thread and we'll take a closer look.

    I also purchased Xbox One Gears of War: Ultimate Edition Bundle in November 2015. I played Gears of War Ultimate on Xbox Live on 12/31/2015. To date, I have not received anything regarding the downloading of the entire Gears of War Xbox 360 collection
    for my Xbox One. Customer support also told me to post on this forum to get the games.
