Haven't received my free copy of Alan Wake when I bought Quantum Break

I recently bought Quantum Break (three weeks ago) but I haven't received my free copy of Alan Wake yet. What to do?

Quantum Break, No PC and Alan Wake Codes yet

I also purchased Quantum Break XBOX ONE game on April 4th and still haven't received the code to receive a free copy of the windows 10 games (Alan Wake, Quantum Break).

 

Quantum Break Pre-Order codes

I bought Quantum Break on 4/4/16 on preorder. When I bought it on preorder, it said I would get the windows 10 version of Quantum Break, two add-ons for Alan Wake, Alan Wake itself, and American Nightmare all for free. I haven't received any of these
yet. Please help!!

That was a preorder offer and is no longer available.

 

The article states something else. This was also reported by other media.

As Smwutches mentioned, that promotion expired several months ago. As you can see, neither the

Xbox Store description nor the description for the
Windows 10 version indicate that you will receive any additional games when purchasing Quantum Break. When there are promotions for purchases, you can generally find the information in the game description so be sure to read that section carefully.

Thanks for your answer. It seems it is indeed the case Alan Wake no longer comes with Quantum Break.

I do think post/press releases like the one on the Windows blog should mention it's a limited offer when that's the case. Even more so if they mention "pre-order" benefits, and benefits besides pre-orders.
