    I have also just spent 79.99 and not recieved my points! I have followed the troubleshoot and it didnt work. Can you sort this ASAP!!!

    not good at all.. so disappointing.

    also the phone app us buggy as hell!!

    crashes all the time in SBCs...

    cant adjust player prices when relisting.

    ive been waiting way over 24 hours for my points btw

    I have tried everything. Turned console off and on maybe now 100 plus times... Deleted Gamer tag twice.

    I have tried everything. I was told to wait 24 hours... Guess what its 24 hours and 20 minutes and I still haven't received my points... 71.99 i paid and i have nothing.... I am so mad right now!!!!

    Thank you for your post. I understand you are experiencing an issue with receiving your FIFA points. To troubleshoot this, please try

    removing your account    , performing a
    power-cycle    , then adding your profile to your console.

    Please let us know how this goes.
