'preordered' Fifa 17 last night and have yet to get the code! Spoke to two different people sending me everywhere around the website. All I want is the code that I have paid money for!

Ea access code

I pre ordered the FIFA 17 super deluxe edition, which includes a one month trial for ea access, and i haven't received my code yet. Can anyone help?

Codes are sent out 7-10 days after you purchase the game. If you don't receive your code by the end of the 11th day please create a new thread to let them know.

If you're referring to the actual game, you won't receive a code for the game if you preordered digitally from Xbox. The game should show as ready to install on your console. If you preordered a digital code from a retailer, you would have to contact aupport
for that retailer.

when i purchased the Fifa 16 game i will receive a code for the Fifa 17 game. The one that we offer is that when you pre-order the Fifa 17 i will receive a 1 month code of EA-access and it will be delivered to me but it's deleted by xbox one live messages
not deleted by my hand and I want retrieving my code please??

My controller broke on 2/5, they received it on 2/17, and I haven't received anything back yet. Nice one microsoft, you lose a client here.

Hello, I also contacted Microsoft support, and they also adviced me to comment on this topic.

On the 22th of September I pre-ordered FIFA 17, because of the early access. But I did not receive the EA-Access code yet. I would like to receive the code before the game release as this is also the reason why I bought it.

If you haven't yet, take a look at this guide from
EA Support that explains how you access your packs. As the link I provided yesterday advises, if you purchased your game digitally, that content is automatically added and you do not get a code for them. If you continue to experience issues with in-game
content, you'll want to reach out to EA Support for further assistance.
