    Haven't received my Ebony Flintlock Pistol for sea of Thieves


    Hi Xbox

    A while ago Sea of thieves team put up a stream to watch, in return they offered the ebony flintlock pistol cosmetic for tuning in. I have watched the stream. But unfortunately have not recieved it. I raised a ticket with them, but their support staff sent
    me a link which lead me here.

    Please let me know what can be done, also the next step to go from here.

    Unfortunately, we have determined that this account did not have the proper Mixer credentials at the time of the stream.

    Not having everything linked up properly at the time for the stream would mean the account would not qualify for the promotion.

    There will be plenty of other streams in the future and we do hope you are able to take advantage of future MixPots!

    We have determined that your account does indeed have the content. To confirm this let's have you check out your
    commerce page and you should see Ebon Flintlock

    You should see that content appear in your vanity chest, clothing chest, equipment chest, and armory in-game.



    Keep in mind that at this time the Sea of Thieves devs have promotional content turned off and it may not appear in-game until the issue with that content is fixed.
