Haven't received my codes of Quantum Break

I got two questions.

First I would like to know If I am eligible to receive the Alan Wake and Quantum Break PC codes, because for some reason I clicked the preorder option on April 4 and purchased the game under that preorder option, but now it happens that my purchase was registered
on April 5. I honestly don't know what happened there, because I can assure that I bought that game on April 4 night.

Also, almost two weeks later, I haven't even received my Alan Wake code, and I thought that every digital copy of QB should receive that code, no matter if is a preorder version or not.

Haven't Received Alan Wake Code for Preordering Quantum Break

I still haven't received my Alan Wake code for pre-ordering Quantum Break. I have received the American Nightmare code and the Quantum Break windows 10 code.

Can you help me out please?

 

I Haven't Received Quantum Break Pre-Order Bonuses

I pre-ordered Quantum Break on April 4th on Xbox One but I haven't received any of my pre-order bonuses. I contacted Microsoft support and they told me that I would receive my codes on the 15th. I received my Gears of War 4 beta code today but I still haven't
received any of my Quantum Break pre-order bonuses.

We can't provide any guarantee's if the purchase was registered on the 5th, but we've been working with the appropriate teams to get this issue resolved for all eligible users. Unfortunately I do not have an ETA to provide when eligible users will receive
an Xbox Live message.

As for the second part regarding Alan Wake, that issue falls into the issue we've been working with the proper teams on but you're correct that all purchases of Quantum Break through the Xbox Store are still eligible for Alan Wake.

I can assure you we're looking into every angle, and we most certainly appreciate your patience.
