    I have purchased Quantum Break since May 22, 2016 and up to now I haven't received my code. I purchased a code for Quantum Break, I own the licence.

    Pre ordered Quantum break but no codes received after 10 days of game launch.

    Pre-ordered Quantum Break on xbox one. Haven't received Alan wake, Alan wake american nightmare, the script and the writer dlc codes or the Quantum Break PC codes.

    Game had been purchased on 4th April.

    Missing free games codes from Quantum break

    Hey there!

    When did you purchase/redeem the Quantum Break code? In order to receive Quantum Break on Windows 10 and Alan Wake's American Nightmare, you would have needed to redeem the digital code before April 4th, 2016 (or April 10th in US, Canada, and UK) to
    be eligible. If the code was redeemed on your account after those dates, unfortunately you're not eligible to receive Quantum Break on Windows 10 and Alan Wake's American Nightmare codes.

    In regards to Alan Wake, did you purchase an Quantum Break Xbox One bundle, or did you purchase a digital code for Quantum Break? That will help us a bunch.

    I bought quantum break and was suppose to get the pc and the xbox one verison, plus alan wake. I only received the alan wake game, haven't gotten the pc code yet.

    I apologize, thought that I had mentioned it in the original post. The code that I have not received is for Quantum Break on Windows 10, and now that I think about it, I have not gotten the codes for Alan Wake, or American Nightmare as well. I purchased
    Quantum Break though the store during the promo to get the game on Windows 10 along with the Alan Wake games for BC, but have not received anything as of yet, and it has been 10 days since I purchased....
