    Haven't received my 50k rewards offer after upgrading to a ONE S - its been a month


    I have yet to receive the 50K rewards promised from the below promotion. I was guaranteed to get the 50K when I purchased the Xbox One S over the phone with Microsoft - I have a reference number I can provide.

    It's been a month since my purchase - can you advise as to where my 50K reward credits are? (The whole reason I purchased a One S was because of this promotion!)

    50k Points for Upgrading to Xbox One S during Black Friday 2016

    There was an offer during Black Fri last year where MS was giving 50K points for upgrading from an Xbox One to Xbox One S, I haven't received the points till date. Can you please help me check?

    Rewards points for upgrading not in account

    I have not seen the bonus rewards points (30k or 50k, can't remember) for upgrading from 360 to one S yet in my account. Purchased system at MS store, and was told they would automatically update once logged into system. Its been some time. Thanks!

    Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
    the following month. Since your Console Upgrade Credits were placed as pending into your account on the 6th, they will be included with the end of month deposit occurring shortly.

    I recently upgraded to XB1 per the upgrade Mission, but still haven't received my 50k reward points.

    Ah right, well I also saw the one about upgrading worth 30k reward points. I thought that was for current XB1 owners upgrading to XB1-S and the other that I mentioned worth 50k for 360 owners upgrading to a brand new XB1/XB1-S.

    Not exactly their finest hour in clarity. Still I expect some points coming my way as the offer was the only reason I chose to upgrade and buy it direct from Microsoft - even if its the lower 30k amount.

    Thanks for the heads up though.

    There was 12 months on the card. It said 4-6 weeks and its been since early january. I t was a offer renew you xbox live 12 month gold card and receive 600 ms points back, i received the ones from my live rewards but none from the special offer.

    Missing 20,000 points

    There were two offers running at that time for upgrading. The 50,000 credit offer was only sent to certain members and was not available to everyone. If you did not receive the specific email, you would receive the default offer of 30,000 credits. If I remember
    right, the 50,000 were for upgrading from a 360 to a One S.
    I received the offer for upgrading from an xbox one to a xbox one s. I even spoke to someone before I purchased the xbox one s to confirm how the promotion worked. I upgraded my xbox one to an xbox one s and should have received 50,000.
