Haven't received my 4000 credits from the Summer Spotlight yet

Hi!

During the Summer Spotlight promotion I ordered Mega Man Legacy Collection 2, Tacoma and pre-ordered Cuphead but I haven't received my 4000 reward credits yet.

Is this normal?

Bought Fortnite no rewards points.

I bought fortnite and didn't get my 4000 rewards points from the Summer Spotlight Cool Rewards Event.

VIP Rewards Credits not posting, again

My last VIP credit of 10,000 posted on 7/31. Since that time I also received a Summer Spotlight bonus credit of 4000 points on 7/28. During the month of July I spent $185 in the store. so bonus is short given my 10% bonus level. I spent $141 in August
and another $21 in September. Please evaluate my rewards account. Thanks in advance.

That offer was not eligible for your region, as was stated in the FAQ for this offer. Please be sure to browse the MyMissions page in your Rewards Account region to limit that page to offers eligible for your region. You can change your region via the button

The Credits for that offer are currently pending in your account. For future reference, you can see a complete log of all your Credit and deposit activity from the MyStatement section of the MyRewards page. We only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000
or more pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount is beneath this amount, it has not been scheduled. If you would like to request a scheduled deposit, you may do so once you are at 1000 or more pending Credits. There will be a button on your MyRewards
page.

The summer spotlight offer is not eligible in your region. Please be sure to browse the Rewards website in your region's locale in order to only see offers for your Rewards region. You can select your locale from the bottom left of the Rewards website.

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear about the issue with Microsoft Rewards. I recommend logging into your Microsoft
Rewards account.

Then go to the rewards request form and submit a
form for them to look into. Sometimes takes a little bit for the quests to update also.
