    Haven't received my 3 month code for groove music


    I haven't received my promotional 3 month code for signing up with groove music. Customer service sent me here for some reason after almost 2 hours of chatting with 4 different reps. Would like to get my code before I get charged for the next months billing
    cycle.

    I signed up for one free month Groove Music plus receive 3 free months code. I have 3 days left and haven't received my code. Email said I will be auto billed on the last day of my first free month.

    I did some digging and the only information I can come up with regarding a Buy One Get One promotion is here: Groove BOGO offer. That said, that offer expired back on August 17, 2016.
    I'd recommend you head over to the
    Groove Forums     for additional assistance and clarification on the promotion you are referencing.

    Hi,

    I signed up for groove music in August as there was a 3 month free. I have now paid for groove for the last 2 months and haven't got my code?.

    Please can you advise as this seems like false advertising to me......
