    Haven't received my $10 Gift card from two purchases I made on the Microsoft Store.

    I bought both Fifa 17 and Forza Horizon 3 on the Microsoft Store and was supposed to receive two $10 gift cards through email within 10 days of the games release. It is now past those 10 days and I still havent received any email with gift card codes
    in them.

    Sunset Overdrive $10 XBOX Live Gift Card

    Pre-ordered Sunset Overdrive from the Microsoft Store and never received my $10 gift card. It's been nearly 3 weeks, 11 days past the "10 day" e-mail window. Received e-mails regarding DLC but no gift card code.

    Bought Battlefield 1 and haven't received $10 gift card promotion

    I ordered Battlefield 1 with the promotion of receiving a free $10 Microsoft Store gift card within 10 business days of the game's release (October 21st) and I still have not received my gift card.

    Haven't received my $10 Gift card from two purchases I made on the Microsoft Store.

    You'll need to contact customer support for microsoftstore.com since that offer is through them. Keep in mind that if you're a rewards member, you will receive 15,000 credits instead of the $10 gift cards.

    I bought apex coins during the promotion stating I'd recieve a gift card for doing so but never received my gift card. When should I expect to see them?

    It was in the xbox store approximately 10 days ago I made the purchase, but have not received gift cards.

    Specifically my purchase/receipt states: $10 Microsoft Store gift code - Additional Product Information:

    Your $10 Microsoft Store gift code will be delivered to your email address within 10 business days of game release.

    It has been over two weeks now and no email related to the $10 MS Gift Card.

    No I received a $10 digital gift card code from the Microsoft Store for pre-ordering the game. The code for Free Fall came with the game.

    So, you just restated my problem as the solution. Awesome. I don't know anyone with a 360, and do not have a credit card. I can use my microsoft account balance drafted from the gift card to purchase things from the microsoft store, but not the xbox store
    on the xbox website, even though it is an xbox gift card, and not a "microsoft store" gift card.
