Haven't received January Game Pass Quest reward (and please add a progess tracker!)

I know I didn't complete the Xbox Quest for January, but I am 95% certain I played 5 hours of Dirt Rally and so should have received a Game Pass reward but I have not received one yet. Can someone look into this for me?

Also, I know that "Xbox is tracking the Game Pass Goals activities and will reward you if your Goal is competed." but I would really appreciate if Xbox could add some kind of progress tracker so we can track our own progress. I'm not sure why this isn't
already a feature, but I know that many other players would appreciate something like this. It would probably also cut down on the number of posts like this one, because we would know for certain if we should be getting a reward or not...

i haven't received my Xbox Live Rewards & Game Pass Quest Rewards

i still haven't received my rewards for completing the Live Quest Rewards & Game Pass Quest Rewards from December & January Quest rewards yet & today is March 1st

 

Haven't receieved Xbox Quest rewards for January or February or Xbox Game Pass rewards for January.

I haven't received my Xbox Quest rewards for January or February. I know I completed both as well as in January I completed the Xbox game pass Quests too.

 

Actually, I just realized that I DID complete the XBL quest for January (got it confused with December) so I should have received a reward for that one, too. I definitely played waaaay more than 10 hours, got more than 5 achievements and I'm pretty sure
I log into mobile at least 3 times a month as part of my normal obsessive gamer routine...

I'd like to reiterate that adding a progress tracker would be very helpful and much appreciated (or even just something that confirmed if we met the goal or not at the end of the month). I would also feel a lot better about my progress being tracked adequately
if there was proof...the sheer number of folks on here looking for their rewards each month would suggest that something is not quite right with the tracking or distribution.

That being said, I love these promotions and hope you continue them despite the challenges with getting rewards out. You guys have been really good to us with all the different ways to get rewarded for doing what we'd be doing anyways, so thank you!

 

Is there a better place to request help with this? It's been five days and absolutely no response, not even a "we've passed on your concern."
