Haven't received gears of war ultimate edition preorder $10 credit

    Haven't received gears of war ultimate edition preorder $10 credit


    I pre-ordered the gears of war ultimate edition in August of last year before release date in order to receive my credit. Still have not received it. Hopefully there wasn't an issue with emails or gamer tags so I will give you my gamer tag for confirmation
    on this order before launch . Gamer tag= the "i" and the "L" are reversed. My gamer picture is a skull with sunglasses. Please let me know what else I need to give in order to provide proof to receive my $10 credit.

    I bought Gears of War Ultimate Edition during the promotion and havent received my titles. (Gears of War 1, Gears of War 2, Gears of War 3, Gears of War Ultimate Edition for Windows 10).

    Gears of War:Ultimate Edition is a stand alone game. It is the remastered version of the first Gears of War game. It does not include the other 4 games. The other 4 games are the original 360 versions and were included in 2 different promotions. You would
