Haven't received game code for promotional on Ryse

I have purchase Xbox live on 1/10/16 through the in game dash promotional for Ryse and i have not received my game code for this game. I have a picture of the promotional event but i will not let me attach to the forum post.

Bought gold via a "Go Gold: Get Ryse Legendary Edition Free" promotion, but never received Ryse

I purchased mine on November 9 and entered the code through the dashboard promotional page and still haven't received the game code

 

RYSE free code with paid 12M xbox gold subscription.

I purchased on 1/24/16 through the promotional page and said a code would be sent within 4 weeks, but the code for RYSE would need to be redeemed by 1/31/16. I haven't received my code yet. How am i supposed to redeem a code if its not sent to me before
1/31/16? Please help.
