    Haven’t received free promotion for Xbox live that I purchased; please help


    I purchased an Xbox live 3 month memebership and I was suppose to buy one get one free but I haven’t received the free one. This is my figure time trying to get help and support told me to do this. Please help me.

    HAVEN'T RECEIVED EA ACCESS SUBSCRIPTION CODE TO COME WITH XBOX LIVE MEMBERSHIP PROMOTION

    I purchased the xbox live membership limited time offer promotion on the xbox store which is supposed to come with 1 month free EA access but I have not received an EA access subscription code so please help my situation.

    Me too, I purchased the game last year and played it on Xbox live as instructed and never received the free copies of Gear of War games as promoted.

    No, I purchased Gold thought the screen that the promotion was displayed.

    After seeing the promotion on my dashboard, I selected the promotion and then proceeded to purchase Xbox Gold, in order to receive a free copy of RYSE. Only problem is, 4 weeks later and I still have not received it.
